Acne, Oily skin, and Blackhead Help?

I want to know how to help clear up my face. I use Noxema about every other day, but it doesn't help much. I want something that I can do at home without buying any commercial cleansers. I know that eating healthier helps out and I've already started on that. I've also heard that using rubbing alcohol helps reduce the oil on your face. Is there anything you can do about blimishes and blackheads with household products and NOT buying any face treatment cleansers? Any help will be greatly appreciated.Acne, Oily skin, and Blackhead Help?
Keep it clean, clean, clean. Wash your face 4-5 times a day if you must, do NOT use alcohol, this will just dry out your skin and cause a lot of damage! you will age rapidly. Here is the trick, you have to keep your face from becoming too oily but at the same time moisturized (do not confuse this with oily).

I had to experiment with many over the counter facewash products. I bought expensive ones and cheap ones. At the end I found that for me, SUAVE face wash worked the best, it is economical. But basically what I do is day to day I wash my face with Dove bar soap. IF I start to break out I use a strong bar of soap such as Dial, or Lever but only for a wash or two, otherwise it will dry up excessively. After you do that put on a oil-less cream. I perfer NIVEA out of a jar. Do not use bodywashes on your face, they tend to be greasy and leave a thin residue of oil.

Another thing, use reg. white colgate toothpaste on pimples, just dap on a small dot on a pimple before bed, it will usually dry it out by morning. Do not use the whitening, or mint, etc. just the regular one.

Drink plenty of water and cut back on grease, deep fried foods, etc.

It will take time so don't be discouraged if you don't see results tomorrow. Give it a week or so and try different products, people have different ph levels and what might work for me might not do it for you.

DON'T use alcohol, it will make you skin rough as well as oily.

try applying cucumber juice from fresh cucumbers. Run a peeled, fresh cucumber ( buy the one that comes in a plastic wrap) through a juice maker and use it to wash your face with every morning instead of a regular cleanser. . Pour the juice into a deep plate and dunk and soak each side of your face in there for a few minutes . ( first one side and then the other). After that pour it on the palm of your hand and smoothe it over your face.

. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash it off w/water only

This will make your skin softer, smoother and also help w/oiliness. It also helps to soothe and heal skin. It also draws out skin's impurities such as blackheads, etc.

1) Do not use rubbing alcohol on your face. It will irritate your skin and cause it to produce more oil in response.

2) Plain Milk of Magnesia can be used as an oil absorbing mask. Just apply a thin layer. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes %26amp; rinse off w/ cool water.

You can also use it as a spot treatment - leave it on a pimple over night.

3) Baking soda w/ some water to make a paste can be used to exfoliate your skin - rub gently.

4) Steam facials to open your pores. Here's how: http://www.ehow.com/how_2564_give-yourse鈥?/a>

clean and clear. i dont know what its called but it is a pinkish red liquid. If you start to get any acne and you catch it before it gets bad just take a cotton ball and put some of the liquid on it and rub it back and forth on the pimple. I put it on every night and it makes your face burn but if you can catch the pimple before it gets bad it wont show up at all. Trust me on this. Its kind of like rubbing alcohol but i never tried it. good luck.
Don't use alcohol.......it will burn out your skin.......stop puttin that on your face.

if you have a oil face.......don't eat oily foods like chicken and all that stuff........eat heathy foods and drink alot of water.

wash your face atleast 3 times a day with just water.....believe me water works alot.

i'm breakin out too but im healin slowly........but over time if you keep this up your face will heal up again.
If you want something you keep around the house to get rid f spots i recommend using toothpaste or antibacterial cream (like savlon, usually used on cuts) these will dry up your skin and get rid of any bacteria which has formed on the face. Put on of these on at night and leave on until morning try it every night for a week or so and you should see an improvement in the condition and feel of your skin.
I use Differin. It works, bu it takes a while to work. Liek a week. Try using a retin-a product. talk to ur doc.
do a search online for Dead Sea Clay powder. Mix that with finly ground up oatmeal and then mix that with plain yogart. Cleanse and steam face apply mask and let dry . Rince off . do this a couple times a week ( 2-3 ) that shoulld help you out
Use this formula-50% warm pure honey and 50% almond oil.Blend both together, and apply to face for 20 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.Do this everyday before bedtime.
The initial stage of this blockade manifests as blackheads and whiteheads or comedones. A comedone is a sebaceous follicle, entirely filled with sebum, dead cells etc. If the comedone is open, it is called a blackhead and is blackish in color. If the comedone is closed, it is called whitehead. It is a small lump in the skin and has the color of the skin. The mouth of the whitehead is closed while that of the blackhead is open.
I know what you are a going through. I was never told how much I was suppose to wash my face until I went to a few classes and learned that you need to wash your face cleanse and tone and moisturize twice a day, everyday and no more than that a day or you will only produce more oils. when pores are large oil gets our collecting dirt and other debris that causes us to breakout. I've used this and it has really helped with my breakouts and even the dark spots that acne has left. I never had bad acne but I hated what it left behind all the dark blotchy spots until I started using this system and all I have to do is use it 2-3x a week. It minimized my pores and I started to see less breakouts. http://cgarcia1.qbeautyzone.com/products鈥?/a>
