1. Buy ';Biore';


2. exercise, sweat and shower twice a day and really scrub say with a loofah. Your skin is your largest respiratory organ. In other words you kinda breath through your skin and impurities are expelled through your skin as you sweat.


3. Lay off sugary foods and please under no circumstances drink anything that says diet. Diet stuff has saccarhin and that new phony sugar and they are deadly. They cause cancer, leukemia etc. Drink carbonated water or water with fruit juice squeezed in it. Or juiced fruits.


4. Buy ';Clean and Clear'; use it twice a week, apply it with your hand not a wash cloth, only use a dollop. and Rinse well and the hair line. Use ';Dove'; or a non perfumed or harsh soap like ';Ivory'; the rest of the week. 5. Drink your 8 glasses of water a day. If you are going to use make- up you must buy the high quality stuff and you must label and date your cosmetics for when to replace them. 6. Cover your hair when you sleep. Change your pillow case at least every two days.


If you don't have money for Biore and clean n clear you can mix Arm and Hammer baking soda to a paste consistancy and apply to the area then rinse of and follow up with Dove or apply a thick layer of toothpaste and leave on til dry rinse. A %26amp; H and toothpaste serve to draw the clog and impurities out. Good luck
I would get biore black head strips they stay on you skin and harden and then rip them off and it get rid of most of you noticeable blackheads! Or try Clean and clear Blackhead eraser, it bring most black heads out or to the surface which makes it easier to remove them! :) hope i helped!

most people get blackheads. but the sad part is that your worried about it being bad for a cheerleader? just go to walmart and buy blackhead clearing scrub and stuff that says its meant for blackheads.
You can go to the dermatologist and get them removed. It hurts like hell but its SO worth it!! Get it done and don't do it yourself.
going to the make up section and there usually is a wall of make up removers where usually there are skin care products. just skim thru there and there are many things for black heads there. those should work. good luck!
Use blackhead strips or a specified blackhead removing cream. There are many out there and most of them work pretty effectively.
Your school won't let you stay on the cheering squad if you have a blackhead on your face and your bf will break up with you.
It's puberty. If you wash you're face every day, there's not much else you can do :(
