Acne and Pimples

The aggravation of tridosha or the three energies of the body results in the occurrence of acne, pimples and blackheads. In all pitta dosha is effected the most and it happens so due to the excessive intake of alcohol, tea, coffee, spicy, oily and fried foods.

Stress, tension, pollution and chemicals are also among the major causes that aggravates Pitta dosha and result in acne, boils, pimples and rashes.

Remedies

* A paste made from one teaspoon each of sandalwood powder and turmeric mixed with milk, is very good. A paste of nutmeg and water is also beneficial.

* Half a cup of Aloe Vera pulp can be taken internally (Do not take internally if pregnant) or applied externally to the skin. Dosage: Twice a day.

* Before going to bed, was the face thoroughly and then apply a paste of 1 Tsp. coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric powder.

* For pimples, apply a paste made from one teaspoon of cumin seeds. Remove after one hour.

* A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed prevents pimples.

Pigmentation

Imbalance of Bhrajaka Pitta that colors the skin and can be compared to melanin causes blackening, pigmentation and discoloration of skin. Excessive exposure to the sun, irregular eating, sleeping habits and consumption of foods and drinks that aggravate pitta are responsible for the aggravation of bhrajka pitta also.

Remedies

* Grind five almonds and mix with 1 teaspoon of fresh cream and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply this paste to the face and neck. Leave on for about fifteen minutes.

* Apply papaya juice, or mashed papaya, to the affected areas.

* Grind equal amounts of sesame seeds and turmeric in a small quantity of

* Water Apply to the face or discolored skin.

* Make a paste from basil (tulsi) leaves and water to use on the affected skin.

Hi sonu how are you ........?

You have not confirm you age at present bcz age is major factor of using on beauti product. if you age is above 18 years then you should use many more product which is available in our market.

For blackheads you can use some natural product which is available in your kitchen. take a 1 teaspoon Methi with 4 badams and wet them in night early in the morning mixed them with 2 teaspoon milk.

And take this your blackheads after 15 minutes remove its normal hand, use this im month for time and after coming few month your problem will 90% solve.

For pimples its more important is that keep your self clean with daily routine and avoid to touch on pimple.

Pimple are not permanent its came every virgin girl for few month ar years and proper taking his protection it will clean automatically.

But its more important to make your life style some strict like as avoid on OILS, MASALA and related of them.

You can do some Meditation and Yoga for inner power. It will help to grow your skin with more confidence.
Many beauty products on the market have harmful chemicals in them; do your favorite beauty products contain any of these things?:

* Mineral Oil, Paraffin %26amp; Petrolatum – Petroleum products coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatological issues, like slowing cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging. Suspected cause of cancer %26amp; Disruptive of hormonal activity. By the way, when there’s an oil spill in the ocean, don’t they rush to clean it up – fast? Why put that stuff on your skin?

* Parabens – Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.

* Phenol carbolic acid– Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.

* Propylene glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, and may inhibit skin cell growth or cause skin irritation.

* Acrylamide– Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.

* Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES)– Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in over 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived

* Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.

* Dioxane– Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin. Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum *********”.

Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden language on labels, such as “comes from coconut”.

IF SO, you should throw them away IMMEDIATELY and you can substitute virgin/extra virgin olive oil or a natural coconut oil to moisturize in the meantime until you find a better, natural alternative!!!

my sister went through cosmetology

so her %26amp; my mom were at the store

%26amp;%26amp; she said that the St.Ives Apricot Scrub

would work. I didn't think it would,

cause like...NOTHING works for me.

%26amp; i've used it about 4 times, every other day.

it's amazing actually.

I'm surprisingly satisfied with it.

it's really cheap too.

hope it helps!
I know this sounds crazy but use Head %26amp; Shoulders classic clean Shampoo.

It worked on me!

I had suffered from acne since I was 11 going on 12 (i'm 12 going on 13 now) and i read a blog online http://www.myhomeremedies.com/remedy.cgi… about using head and shoulders shampoo for acne and was confused. why use a hair product for acne? i found out the one of the acids in head and shoulders help get rid of pimples. but since my dad had head and shoulders, i used his and after the use, my face felt smoother and it felt like my pimples had gotten smaller. After using this for a week, most of my acne was gone! just a few small zits that blended in with my skin. now i use clearasil ultra to get that soft smooth look. thanks to head and shoulders, most of acne has gone away!
LUSH cosmetics might work for you. they have an exfoliating scrub, it's called sea salt or something, and it works very well! idk about indian products though.
go see a dermatologists
