Aveeno is oatmeal soap - takes away the oils without clogging pores. Maybe that would help?
Avon has a facial cream called Clearskin that seems to help me. And a good lotion applied to dry skin immediately after you wash will help.
wash with warm water and soap, actually the hotter the water the faster the black head will be drawn out
